The “OptiEstate — Listing Uploader” browser extension

This page describes what the "OptiEstate — Listing Uploader" browser extension (Chrome, Edge) does with data. It covers the extension only. The opti.estate website has its own policy at opti.estate/privacy-en.html.
The extension is published by Tektonifay Ltd, Company No. 208482522, Varna 9022, Vinitsa, 24 Lozarska St, fl. 2, apt. 5, Bulgaria · [email protected] · +359 899 707 856.
The property, agent and client data belong to the agency. The agency keeps them in its own OptiEstate system and decides who may access them. For that data the agency is the controller, and Tektonifay Ltd is a processor under its contract with the agency.
An agent connects the extension to the agency's OptiEstate system, picks a property and presses "Publish". The extension fills in the imot.bg form in the agent's browser, using the agent's own imot.bg login. The agent saves the listing. The extension can also update or remove a listing the agency has already published.
The extension can also prepare a Facebook post about a property: the agent ticks which facts to include, the agency's system writes the text with AI, the agent reviews it and presses "Open in Facebook". The extension fills in the text and photos in the new-post form; the agent chooses the audience and the groups and presses "Post" themselves.
While the panel is open on an imot.bg listing, the extension shows what the agency knows about it ("This listing"): when the listing appeared and how its price changed, who else offers the same property, whether the seller is in the agency's CRM, and which of the agency's client searches it matches.

The extension does not send the property's exact address or coordinates. imot.bg only receives the city and district.
The extension does not read, store or send your imot.bg or Facebook passwords or their cookies. It works with the logins you already have in your browser. On Facebook the extension only writes (the post text and photos) — it reads nothing from your profile, groups or messages.
The extension does not send data to advertising networks, to analytics services or to any other third party. It talks only to the agency's system (at the address you enter), to imot.bg and to the Facebook post form. If Tektonifay Ltd hosts the agency's system, the data in that system — and the system's requests to OptiShare and to the AI provider — are processed under the agency's contract, like everything else in that system.
The extension runs only on imot.bg and on the Facebook new-post page it opens itself. From tab addresses it reads only an imot.bg listing number, and only while the panel is open; it collects and keeps no other browsing history.
The extension never asks for your OptiEstate password. It shows a code, and you approve the code in the system's panel with your own account. The system issues a key and stores only a hash of it. The agency sees all connections under "Integrations → Browser extension" and can revoke any of them. You can disconnect from the extension's menu ("Disconnect").
Exercise your GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, objection) with the agency, because the data belongs to the agency. For questions about the extension itself, write to [email protected]. The use and transfer of information received through this extension follow the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data serves only the extension's single purpose, which is publishing and maintaining the agency's listings (on imot.bg and in Facebook posts) and showing what the agency knows about the listing the agent is looking at. Data is not sold, not used for advertising or creditworthiness decisions, and not transferred to third parties.
