Privacy Policy

This document explains how Tektonifay Ltd collects and processes the personal data of visitors to opti.estate. It covers the website itself only — not the data our clients process inside the OptiEstate system.

What data we collect

We do not collect data about children and we do not ask for sensitive data. If you send us such data on your own initiative, we will delete it.

Our legal basis

Your consent — for the enquiry forms and for marketing tracking. You may withdraw it at any time, without affecting processing carried out before then.
Legitimate interest — for the security of the site and for aggregate statistics that do not identify you.
Performance of a contract — if your enquiry develops into a contractual relationship.

Tracking and cookies

The site uses Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API to measure the effect of our advertising. In doing so, your IP address, browser data and cookie identifiers are sent to Meta Platforms Ireland Limited — and, if you have submitted a form, your email and phone in hashed form (SHA-256), which cannot be read back by us.

Meta is an independent controller of that data. Their terms are at facebook.com/privacy/policy. You can manage your advertising settings from your Meta account.

We use Cloudflare to deliver and protect the site, which sets strictly necessary cookies.

Who else sees the data

Meta Platforms Ireland Limited — advertising measurement, as described above.
Cloudflare, Inc. — delivery and protection of the site.
Discord Netherlands B.V. — internal notification of our team when a new enquiry arrives. It reaches our team only; it is not public.
Our hosting provider — the servers are located in the European Union.

We do not sell or rent data to third parties for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

Enquiries — up to 3 years from the last contact, so we can continue the conversation. Sooner, if you ask us to delete it.
Visit data — up to 24 months.
Consents — we keep the text you accepted and the moment you accepted it for as long as the processing lasts and for up to 1 year afterwards, so we can demonstrate that it was lawful.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to:

access the data we hold about you;
have inaccurate data corrected;
erasure (the "right to be forgotten");
restriction of processing;
portability — to receive your data in a machine-readable format;
object to processing based on legitimate interest;
withdraw your consent at any time.

Write to [email protected] and we will reply within one month. If you believe we have infringed your rights, you may lodge a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection — 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd, Sofia 1592, Bulgaria, cpdp.bg.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. For material changes we will notify by email the people whose enquiries we hold.
