Which real estate agency software has AI?

Is the agency’s data used to train AI?
No. AI runs through business access, where what is sent for processing is not used to train AI models. On top of that, AI insights do not receive names, phones or emails.
What does the AI see of my clients?
As much as the task needs. A description sees the listing’s details, AI insights see facts without names, and AI assistants see only what the employee sees; tools with personal data are off by default and every action is logged.
Can AI publish anything by itself?
No. In the team knowledge base AI writes only where you point it, and everything it adds or changes stays marked until a person accepts it — marks never reach the published page. AI assistants over MCP write new pages only as drafts, and listings are never published to portals through AI.
What does “AI in the core” mean?
That there is one AI core every feature runs through — it sees the listings, clients, tasks and deals. So AI works in the screens where the work is, not in a separate program you copy data into.
Is there AI that works 24/7?
Yes. The site chatbot answers around the clock: it finds listings, books viewings, works out mortgages and passes ready enquiries to the team. Insights and the morning briefing run by themselves, and AI assistants over MCP work at any time.
How many languages does the AI translate into?
Any language. The agency website can be in any language in the world, and listings, pages and enquiries are translated with AI in one click.
Can ChatGPT or Claude work inside OptiEstate?
Yes — through the MCP server with 87 tools: 59 read and 28 write. It connects in one click (OAuth) and sees only what the employee sees; tools with personal data are locked by default.
Does AI write the contract text?
No. “Fill in with AI” only fills in the fields — names, addresses, price — from data the system already has. The contract text stays yours.
