Your Discord channel — new listings and a heads-up for the team
Connect the channel with a webhook address — no bot, no app. New properties go out with up to 4 photos, and if you tag a role, the people in it get notified with every post.

A demo with a made-up property: the channel tags the “Agents” role, so the team gets a notification with every post.

- Just the webhook address
Server Settings → Integrations → Webhooks → New Webhook → Copy Webhook URL. No bot, no app.
- A tag for the team
A role, @everyone or @here on the channel card — every post tags it. A silent channel posts without a sound.
- Deletes and edits with no deadline
“Remove” deletes the post, a sold property gets edited — Discord has no 48-hour limit like Telegram.
The Discord post — with everything Discord can do
A linked title
The first line of the post is a title that leads to the listing on your site.
Up to 4 photos
The photos go through the system and Discord shows them as a gallery under the post.
Your template
The text follows the template for a new property, a price drop or a project — bold and all.
No accidental tags
If a description says “@everyone”, nobody is tagged — only the role set on the channel is.
Three steps and the channel is in
A webhook in Discord
Server Settings → Integrations → Webhooks → New Webhook and pick the channel. The webhook’s name and picture are the ones the posts go out with.
“Add channel” → Discord
Paste the address. It is the password: it’s stored in the system, never sent back to the browser and never written to the log.
Tag and switch-on
Optionally a role id, @everyone or @here. “Test” posts a message and deletes it at once; then you switch the channel on.

Frequently asked about Discord
Do I need a Discord bot?
No. A channel webhook is enough — its address is copied from the server settings. No bot or app is needed.
How does the team hear about a new property?
On the channel card you set a tag — a role (by its id), @everyone or @here. Every post tags it and the people in the role get notified. If the channel is silent, the tag comes without a sound.
Can Discord be for the team and Telegram for clients?
Yes. Each channel has its own rules — which properties, how many a day and when — or it follows another channel with the same properties at the same time.
What if the webhook gets deleted?
Discord answers “Unknown Webhook” and the post is marked as failed. You create a new webhook and add the channel with the new address.
Does the post come down when the property sells?
Posts from the last 30 days are checked once an hour. A sold property’s post gets edited — “❌ No longer available”, grey and without a link. “Remove” deletes it entirely, with no deadline.
