You select text and AI fixes the spelling, rephrases, shortens, turns it into steps or a table, adds a checklist or a warning. Everything stays marked until you accept it.
Frequently asked about the handbook
Is the handbook in every plan?
Yes, Starter included. AI writing help is from the Core plan up, because it uses the monthly AI tokens.
Can AI change a procedure on its own?
No. AI suggests a change where you pointed and it stays marked — “Added by AI” with “Remove” and “Accept”. The page reaches the team only when a person presses “Publish”.
Who decides who reads and who writes?
It is done in “Groups and permissions”: who reads the handbook, who writes pages and who manages sections. The author can share a page with chosen colleagues only.
Does search find a page if I ask a question?
Yes. “How do I list a property” finds the page about new listings, and Bulgarian word endings don’t get in the way. Cyrillic can be typed in Latin letters too, and the AI assistant can add synonyms to a page.
Can I embed video?
Yes — by link from YouTube, Vimeo, Loom or Google Drive. Video files aren’t uploaded; photos and documents go straight into the page.
