Publishing and updating run by the property’s number in the system — a new price or photos update the same listing on IMI.bg.
Tokens beyond the quota
Beyond the free operations IMI.bg charges your balance. With an empty balance the portal itself refuses the listing.
Up to 20 photos
IMI.bg downloads every photo on each send, so up to 20 photos per listing go to the portal.
Removal on sale
A sold, archived or hidden property is deleted from IMI.bg together with the other portals.

An agency profile on IMI.bg
You register the agency on IMI.bg and ask for API access.
Agency ID and token — once
IMI.bg gives you an agency number and an access token. You enter them once in the settings; they are kept on your server.
Tick the portal in the property
From then on the listing goes out, updates and comes down from the system.

How many listings can I post on IMI.bg for free?
IMI.bg gives a free monthly quota — in the system it is 200 operations per calendar month. Both publishing and updating count. Beyond the quota the portal charges 0.6 tokens from your balance. The terms are IMI.bg’s and may change.
What happens when the free quota runs out?
The system keeps sending and marks which operation was paid. The charging happens at IMI.bg: if your balance isn’t enough, the portal refuses the listing.
Does the system promote my listings?
Not by itself. Promotion on IMI.bg costs 2.6 tokens per listing and is off by default.
What do I need to connect?
An agency profile on IMI.bg and API access from them — an agency number (Agency ID) and a token. You enter them once in the portal settings.
Does the listing come down when I sell?
Yes. A sold, archived or hidden property is deleted from IMI.bg together with the other portals it was published to.
