Your Viber channel — with new listings, without you
Connect the channel once, with the token from Viber. After that new properties, price drops and new projects go out by themselves — with the first photo, a short text and a link to the listing on your site.

- The token is the channel’s
A channel superadmin gets it: Viber 17.7 or later → channel info → Developer Tools. You enter it once.
- Follows Telegram
A new Viber channel posts the same properties at the same time as the Telegram channel. It can have its own rules too.
- No address
The area, the city, the price and the photo — the exact address and coordinates are never even read.
The Viber post — short and with a link
One photo
The property’s first photo, converted into the format Viber accepts.
A short text
Up to 768 characters including the link. A longer text loses whole lines from the bottom; the link stays.
The link — in the text
Viber has no button and no album, so the post ends with “👉 See the listing on our site” and the link.
No deleting from outside
Viber doesn’t let a post be deleted or edited from outside. The sold property is marked in the system, and you delete the channel post yourself if you want.
Three steps and the channel is in
The token from the app
From a channel superadmin’s phone: Viber 17.7+ → the channel → info → Developer Tools → copy the token.
“Add channel” in the system
Paste the token. The system asks Viber whose channel it is and sets the address where Viber confirms the connection.
Switch it on
The channel follows the Telegram channel or gets its own rules. Switch it on from its card; if it follows, it also picks up what’s already planned for the day.

Frequently asked about Viber
What do I need?
A Viber channel and the phone of one of its superadmins with Viber 17.7 or later — that’s where the token is copied from. Only superadmins see Developer Tools.
Why is the Viber post shorter?
Viber takes one photo and up to 768 characters including the link. If your template is longer, whole lines drop from the bottom — the link always stays.
Can Viber post the same as Telegram?
Yes, that’s the default: a new Viber channel follows the Telegram channel — the same properties at the same time. If you want different ones, remove the follow and set its own rules.
Do posts for sold properties come down?
Not by themselves. Viber doesn’t let a post be deleted or edited from outside, so the system only marks the property as sold. You delete the channel post in the app.
Can I see who came from Viber?
The link in the post carries the channel’s code — viber. With an active campaign under that code in the system you see the visits and enquiries from Viber.
