The portal takes rentals of flats, houses, commercial premises and garages. For a property for sale the tick is locked.

Sakvartirantite has no username or password. The agency’s name, phone and email are taken from your site settings.

Without an area and a size the listing doesn’t go — the system says what is missing, instead of the portal showing 0 m².

A change of deal
Switch a rental to a sale and the property comes down from Sakvartirantite by itself, while it stays on the other portals.
Removal once rented
A rented, archived or hidden property leaves the feed together with the other portals.
The portal’s own areas
The areas are fetched from Sakvartirantite once a month. New ones are added, nothing is deleted.
Private data stays with you
The owner and the exact address never go to the portal — it gets the area and the agency’s details.
