Your listing on Realistimo — in seven languages
Write the description in Bulgarian. The system hands it to Realistimo in a feed and starts the import itself, and the portal shows the listing in English, Russian, Turkish, German, Romanian and Greek too — it translates it itself. After the import the listing link sits next to the property.
Try the path of one listing
Realistimo reads a listings feed when the system requests an import, and translates the text itself. A demo with a made-up property.

- The portal does the translating
Realistimo shows the listing in seven languages by translating the Bulgarian text itself. The portal has no field for your own translation.
- Your catalogue is guarded
Realistimo takes down offers missing from the feed. If the feed suddenly drops by more than a fifth, the import stops instead of taking your catalogue down.
- The link comes back
After each import the system reads Realistimo’s report and saves the listing number — the link doesn’t change when you edit.
The import runs itself, the report comes back
The import — by itself
The system requests an import when the feed is newer than the last one — between 8:00 and 21:00 and no more than once every 6 hours.
Listings don’t expire
Realistimo stops processing a feed older than 30 days. So even an unchanged feed is sent once every 25 days.
The agent — with a photo
The agent’s contact and photo go into the feed. Change the photo and it changes on the portal with the next send.
Values the portal knows
Realistimo refuses an offer with an unknown value. The system stops publishing and names the field, instead of the listing quietly vanishing.

Realistimo is a paid portal — the subscription is agreed with them.
The agency number and the feed address
The system issues a number for your agency. You send it to Realistimo together with the feed address.
The API key
Realistimo sends you a key. You enter it once — from then on the import and the report run by themselves.

Frequently asked about Realistimo
Do I need to write the description in several languages?
No. You write in Bulgarian, and Realistimo translates it itself into English, Russian, Turkish, German, Romanian and Greek. The portal has no field for your own translation.
When does the listing appear on Realistimo?
After the import. The system starts it itself between 8:00 and 21:00 whenever the feed is newer, with at least 6 hours between imports. The report and the link arrive about an hour later.
What do I need to connect?
A contract with Realistimo, the agency number the system issues, and the API key Realistimo sends you.
Why does the system refuse to publish the property?
Because Realistimo refuses an offer with an unknown or missing value. The system tells you which field to fill in, instead of the listing vanishing at the portal.
Does the listing come down when I sell?
Yes. A sold, archived or hidden property leaves the feed, and on the next import Realistimo takes down the offers no longer in it.
