Every deal — with both sides and the sums

The seller’s agent and the buyer’s agent, each one’s percentage, the external broker and what stays with the agency — in one dialog. And a lost deal keeps its reason.

    What happened
      • Both sides

The property side and the buyer side — each with its own agent, percentage and external broker.

      • One calculation

The agent dashboard and the reports show what stays with the agency — without the external brokers’ share.

      • A loss with a reason

“Gave up” and “not answering” don’t count as a loss; “bought through someone else” does.

From the deposit to the deal’s record

      Deposit

An internal deposit ties the property and the search together — both records become deposited, and the document sits with both.

      Deal

Price, date, the contract as a PDF or Word file, and the client of the deal — without a buyer the deal doesn’t go through.

      Commissions

A percentage on the property side and on the buyer side; the dialog shows what stays with the agency.

      The documents stay

The deal’s contract is locked in “Documents” as its history — only someone with the right can unlock it.

Where the money and the deals go

      Commission by agent

What each agent brought in — by sales and rentals, for any period.

      Where we lose

By property type and category: lost deals and the days to a loss — against the days to a deal.

      Missed turnover

An estimate by the property’s listed price or the search’s budget — how much went to others.

      The external broker’s card

Their agreed share, how many deals came through them and how much they were paid.

      Frequently asked about deals

How is commission worked out on a double deal?

Each side has its own percentage: the property side — of the agreed price (or the listed one), the buyer side — of the price in the search. The agent on each side sees their part on their dashboard.

What is the external broker’s share?

A percentage of the agency’s commission on the side they came through — not of the property price. It comes out of that commission and the reports show what is left. If the field is empty, the agency’s default share is saved (10%, changed in the settings).

Why does the system ask why I archive?

So you know where you lose. There are four reasons: bought or sold through someone else or alone, gave up, not answering, other. Only the first counts as a lost deal — in the win rate and in missed turnover.

Does the listing come off the portals after a deal?

Yes. Once the property is marked as sold, the listing comes down by itself from the portals it was published on.

      Who sees the deal amounts?

People with the deals permission, each within their own scope — a manager sees their team, full access sees everyone.
