Your listing on imoti.net — free, with no uploading
imoti.net is free for registered agencies. The system keeps a file with your listings and the portal reads it — on its own schedule, or right away when the system asks. It takes properties abroad too.
Try the path of one listing
imoti.net reads a feed with your listings and accepts a “read it now” request. A demo with a made-up property in Greece — imoti.net takes those too.

imoti.net is free for agencies — you register and get an agency number. The import key is optional.
- 19 countries
Besides Bulgaria, imoti.net takes properties in 134 places across 19 countries — from Greece and Spain to Dubai.
- The place — by their code
The area goes out with imoti.net’s own code. When in doubt the system sends the city, never a wrong area.
The feed is ready, before the portal asks
The feed is always current
Every property save updates the XML feed — a new price, photos, a description. It isn’t rebuilt; only the listing you touched changes.
Import twice a day
With the import key the system tells imoti.net to read the feed at 11:00 and 16:00. The “Run import now” button does it right away.
Their places — every month
imoti.net’s list of places is refreshed once a month. New places are added, nothing is deleted.
Sold leaves the feed
A sold, archived or hidden property leaves the feed imoti.net reads — together with the other portals.
Three steps and you are in
Register as an agency
You register on imoti.net and get an agency number (Agency ID). The import key is optional.
The feed address
The system shows you the address of your listings feed. You give it to imoti.net — the portal reads it from there.
The import key — if you want it fast
With it the system tells imoti.net to read the feed twice a day and whenever you press the button. Without it the portal reads it on its own schedule.

Frequently asked about imoti.net
Does imoti.net cost anything?
No. imoti.net is free for agencies — all it takes is a registration. The terms are the portal’s and may change.
Why would I want an import key?
So you don’t wait for the portal. imoti.net reads the feed on its own schedule; with the key the system tells it to read it at 11:00, at 16:00 and whenever you press “Run import now”. Publishing works without the key too.
Can I list a property abroad?
Yes. imoti.net takes properties in 134 places across 19 countries — Greece, Spain, Cyprus, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates and more. For a property abroad one place code is sent — the narrowest imoti.net has.
What if imoti.net doesn’t know my area?
The listing goes out with the wider place — the city or the region. The system doesn’t guess: a correct place beats a wrong area.
Are the owner and the exact address visible?
No. The owner, the street and number, and the building’s coordinates stay in OptiEstate. The listing shows the area, the city and the region.
