Your new listing — on Facebook, Instagram and Threads by itself

Connect the agency’s Page, Instagram profile and Threads once. From then on the system posts new properties, price drops and new projects on the days and hours you pick — in your words, and only the listings you chose.

What happened
    • You choose what

New properties, price drops or new projects; sale or rent, price, type, city, agent, exclusive only and a minimum number of photos.

    • And when

How many posts a day, in which window and on which days. By default, up to 10 a day between 9am and 9pm.

    • No address

The post carries the area, the city, the price and the photos. The exact address and coordinates are never even read.

One property — in each network’s own format

    Your Facebook Page

The photos in one post, the text from your template and a link to the listing. The post reaches Meta as scheduled and shows up in Meta Business Suite.

    Instagram

A carousel of up to 10 photos, cropped to the shape Instagram accepts. Up to 2,200 characters; the link in the text isn’t clickable — that’s how Instagram works.

    Threads

Text and up to 10 photos. Up to 500 characters including the link — and the link is clickable.

    The text is your template

A separate text for a new property, a price drop and a new project, with fields like {title}, {price}, {location}. A line whose value is empty drops out by itself.

    “Post” next to the portals

In the property details every channel that’s switched on has its own “Post” — the agent decides channel by channel. The permission is granted separately.

    In the channel’s language

Each channel has its own language. The post is written in it, not in the language the person in the system works in.

Three steps and the channels run

    A Meta app — the agency’s own

The agency creates its own app in Meta for Developers and publishes it — about 15 minutes, once. The keys stay with the agency, and the guide in “Integrations” checks whatever Meta lets it see.

    Sign in with Facebook

With the profile that manages the Page you tick the Page and its Instagram profile. Instagram must be a professional account linked to the Page. Threads comes in through its own app and its own sign-in.

    Rules and switch-on

In “Automatic” you choose what and when. Channels are switched on from their cards — until then nothing goes out.

    Frequently asked about the posts

What do I need to start?

A Facebook Page, a professional Instagram account linked to it, and a Meta app the agency creates itself — about 15 minutes, once. The posts are regular posts, not ads, so no ad budget is needed.

    Which listings go out?

The ones that pass the channel’s rules: new properties (by default added in the last 7 days), price drops and new projects — filtered by deal, price, type, city, agent, exclusive only and a minimum number of photos (3 by default). A property goes through a channel at most once.

Can I post a property by hand?

Yes. In the property details, next to the portals, each switched-on channel has its own “Post”. In “Social channels” you can also write your own post — text, photos, a button and a time.

What happens when the property sells?

Once an hour the system checks the posts sent in the last 30 days. On Facebook, “❌ No longer available” is added to the post. Instagram and Threads allow no editing — there the post stays until you take it down with “Remove”.

Does the property address go out?

No. The post is built from the area and city, the price, the size and the photos. The exact address and coordinates are never even read, and the agent appears only if they’re set to be shown.

    And Facebook groups?

The automatic posts are for the agency’s Page. For a personal post and for groups, the browser extension prepares the text with AI and the photos — you publish.
