Frequently asked about listings
Is there a limit on listings or photos?
No. Listings, contacts and photos are unlimited on every plan, Starter included. Plans differ by features and number of agents.
Can photos go out without a watermark?
Yes, but it is the agency’s call: the watermark is on by default, and only someone with that permission can switch it off for a property. Uploads are also kept without the mark.
How does the print offer work?
Every listing has a print page that also saves as a PDF. Its QR code leads to the listing on the agency website.
Do buyers see the exact address?
Only on an exclusive listing. For the rest, the website, the print offer and the map show the area and the city.
What if the owner wants a pause?
You pause the property until a date. It comes off the portals and the site, and a week before the date and on the day the agent gets a reminder. When you resume, the system tells you which portals it was on.
Are the AI features on every plan?
AI descriptions and translations come with Core and up, and AI photo furnishing with Pro. Starter has no AI.
