Svobodni-kvartiri is free for registered agencies. All you need is the agency key from the portal.
- The exact village
The town goes by ID, not by name — there are seven villages called Belitsa and the portal needs to know which one.
- No address, no coordinates
The street, the number and the building’s coordinates never go to the portal — it sorts listings by town.

Without it the portal refuses the whole file, so Svobodni-kvartiri can’t be switched on until the key is entered.
How long a listing lasts
You set the period in the settings — at least 30 days, as the portal requires.
Explicit removal
A sold, rented, archived or hidden property gets a “delete” note in the feed for 7 days, until the portal reads it.

How fast does the portal see a change?
The feed updates when you save the property, and the portal crawls it on its own schedule. The change shows after the next crawl.
