Which plan includes projects?
Pro — with interactive projects, buildings and apartments, 360° tours and investor presentations. It costs €32 per agent a month excluding VAT; paying yearly, you pay for 10 months instead of 12.
Do sold apartments come off the portals?
Yes. A sold apartment comes down from every portal, while a reserved one stays published and carries a badge on the site.
Do I have to enter every apartment separately?
No. Shared details are described once for the building and carried over to the apartments, and a new building in the complex is made as a copy of the previous one — with its floors and units.
Can the investor follow the sales?
Yes. From the “Sales” tab you send a link with no sign-in — with an expiry you choose and only what you decide to show. Buyers and commissions are never in it, and the link is stopped with one click.
Does it suit a developer selling on their own?
Yes. Enquiries about a specific project go straight to the sales team, and if you also work with agencies, one brokerage agreement covers every listing in the building.
