One listing — ten portals

Enter the property once and tick the portals. Each gets the fields in its own template, changes go out by themselves, and a sold, archived or hidden property comes down everywhere.

What happened
    • In each one’s template

Property type, area, floor and features go into the portal’s own fields — you don’t type them again.

    • Checked before it goes

A phone number in the description, the listing number twice, a wrong year — the system asks and fixes it before sending.

    • The address stays with you

The owner and the exact address never go to the portals. They get the area and the agent’s contact.

    The ten at a glance

    imot.bg
REST API — with the 500-property plan; without it, the browser extension
    alo.bg
A feed the portal pulls by itself — statuses and IDs come back
    imoti.net
An XML feed and an import request
    OLX.bg
Partner API with OAuth sign-in — on a business account
    Indomio
    An XML feed, no passwords
    Sakvartirantite.bg
    Rentals only — a feed, no sign-in
    IMI.bg
REST API — 200 free operations a month, tokens beyond that
    Domaza
An API to a portal in 192 countries — for properties abroad too
    Realistimo
An XML feed — the portal translates the listing into 6 languages itself
    Svobodni-kvartiri.com
An XML feed — for rentals, nightly stays and sales

Prices and terms belong to each portal and may change — check them with the portal.

    What happens to the listing

    You tick the portals

In the property itself or in the project structure — floor by floor.

    A check

A phone number in the description (portals forbid it), the listing number twice, the year built — the system offers a fix.

    Publishing

In the portal’s template. The portal’s listing ID comes back and the link sits next to the property.

    Changes and removal

A new price, photos or description go out by themselves. A sold, archived, hidden or paused property comes down everywhere.

    No 500-property plan on imot.bg?

The OptiEstate browser extension fills in the imot.bg form with the data from the system — in the agency profile, with no plan.

    Frequently asked about the portals

Which portals does OptiEstate publish to?

    Ten: imot.bg, alo.bg, imoti.net, OLX.bg, Indomio, Sakvartirantite.bg, IMI.bg, Domaza, Realistimo and Svobodni-kvartiri.com — plus OptiShare, the network between agencies.

Do I pay extra for the portals?

Publishing is in every OptiEstate plan, Starter included. Some portals want their own plan — imot.bg’s API, for example, is for agencies with the 500-property plan. The terms are the portal’s.

What happens when I sell the property?

A sold, archived or hidden property comes down from every portal at once. A draft can’t be published at all.

Can I publish a property abroad?

Yes, on the portals that take properties abroad: alo.bg, imot.bg (Greece only), imoti.net (19 countries) and Domaza. The other six publish only properties in Bulgaria, and the system tells you why it doesn’t send.

What if I switch a rental to a sale?

The property comes off the portals that don’t take the new deal type — Sakvartirantite.bg, for example, which is rentals only — and updates on the rest.

Can I publish a whole building at once?

From the project structure you publish floor by floor, without opening each apartment separately.
