The mortgage — right on the property page

Buyers see the monthly payment and the income needed right in the listing. When they request financing, the enquiry lands with the property’s agent first, and CreditMall’s page opens already filled in.

What happened
    • Payment and income needed

Price, down payment, rate and term — the calculator gives the payment and the net income at which it stays within 50%. An estimate, not an offer.

    • The enquiry is yours

It lands in OptiEstate with the property’s agent before it reaches CreditMall — with the price, term and payment.

    • With consent

The details go to CreditMall only if the client explicitly agrees in the form.

Can they afford it — clear in the listing itself

    On every sale listing

The calculator sits on the property page of your website — for sales with a price.

    The buyer tries it out

The down payment, rate and term all move. You set the rate the calculator starts with.

    The income needed

Besides the payment — the net income at which it stays within 50%. The agency sets that percentage, not the visitor.

    “Request financing”

With a credit partner selected, a button and a form appear under the calculator — filled in once, on your site.

Filled in once — reaches two places

The client fills it in once

Name, email, phone and town; the amount and term come from the calculator and can be changed.

    It lands in OptiEstate

As an enquiry about the property, with its agent — with the price, term, calculated payment and the comment.

    CreditMall — filled in

CreditMall’s form opens in a new tab with your partner number and the details; the client confirms there.

Frequently asked about the mortgage calculator

Do I need an agreement with CreditMall?

You need the agency’s partner number with CreditMall — that’s agreed with them. Enter it in the settings and the “Request financing” button appears under the calculator.

Does the calculator work without CreditMall?

Yes. The calculator with the payment and income needed is on every sale listing with a price. Without a credit partner selected there’s simply no request button.

    Where does the request go?

First into OptiEstate — as an enquiry about the property with its agent, with the price, term and payment. Then CreditMall’s form opens in the client’s browser, filled in, and they confirm there.

    What does CreditMall receive?

The amount and term, the property price, the name, email, phone, town and comment — and only if the client has ticked consent in the form.

    Is the payment exact?

It’s an estimate using the standard annuity formula, not an offer — the calculator says so too. The real terms come from the credit adviser.

The buyer sees the payment. You see the enquiry.
