Every enquiry — with an agent in minutes
Enquiries from your site, ads and business cards land in one place. The system hands them to an online agent, and an untaken one moves to a colleague — none is left without a person.
Try the path of one enquiry
A demo with made-up people: automatic routing with confirmation — the way an agency switches it on in the settings.
- Online agents first
The offer goes to an agent working in the system right now — the one who has waited longest for an enquiry.
- Up to three people
If nobody takes it within 10 minutes, it moves to the next one. After a third try, the person who assigns leads decides.
- One client, one agent
If the person already has an agent, the enquiry goes straight to them. Phone calls ring by the same rule.
All enquiries in one place
The agency website
Forms next to listings, pop-ups and landing pages — with the property the person wrote about.
Facebook and Instagram
Leads from ad forms come in by themselves — new ones and the older ones Meta still keeps.
Google Ads and LinkedIn
Forms from your Google and LinkedIn ads — straight in as enquiries.
NFC business cards
The client swaps contacts with the agent from the card — and comes in as a lead.
QR campaigns
From the billboard or flyer to the enquiry — with the campaign the person came from.
Missed calls
With IP telephony a missed call from a known client becomes a task, and if you like they get an SMS: “We saw you called us”.
Who gets the enquiry
Does the client have an agent?
If so, it goes to them: the contact’s lead agent or the agent from their previous enquiry in the last 30 days.
Who is online
If not, to an agent working in the system right now who has waited longest for an automatic enquiry.
10 minutes to take it
With confirmation the agent takes or declines it. No reaction, and it moves on — up to three people, then the person who assigns decides.
Nobody online
The enquiry waits about five minutes for someone to log in. Then it gets an agent from the whole team in turn, with a notification. The ten minutes count while they are in the system.

Frequently asked about enquiries
Is automatic routing mandatory?
No. In the settings the agency chooses manual or automatic routing — and whether every enquiry becomes a contact by itself.
What does “an online agent” mean?
An agent who has been active in the system in the last two minutes. That way the enquiry goes to someone looking at the screen.
What happens to an enquiry at night?
If nobody is online, the system waits about five minutes. Then it gives the enquiry to an agent from the team in turn, and they get a notification — it is never left without a person. The ten minutes to take it only count while that agent is in the system, so at night the enquiry doesn’t bounce around the whole agency but waits for its agent.
Can an agent decline an enquiry?
Yes, if the agency has turned on routing with “Take / Decline”. A declined enquiry moves to the next agent.
What if the client already works with another agent?
Then the enquiry goes straight to their agent. Two agents from one agency never call the same person.
Does the client know their enquiry was received?
Yes, if the agency has connected SMSAPI: a client with no email gets an SMS “We got your enquiry” at once, and with “always” every client does. If the enquiry turns to “No answer”, an SMS “We tried to reach you” goes out with the agent’s phone.
After the enquiry comes the client
No enquiry left without a person
In the demo we send an enquiry from your site and watch which agent takes it.
