Ask your assistant — the answer comes from your data

Connect the assistant you already use to the system. Ask in your own words about listings, clients, enquiries and the team, and the answer comes from your own data — with the rights of the person asking.

Try one conversation with the assistant

A demo with made-up data: an agent asks their assistant, and the assistant reads and writes in the system over MCP — with the agent’s rights.

    What happened
      • The person’s rights

Access is issued to a specific employee — the assistant sees their properties and clients, according to their role. Not a row more.

      • Personal data locked

25 tools use names, phones and emails. They stay locked until the agency deliberately turns them on.

      • Everything in the log

What was asked and changed, when, on whose behalf and how long it took. Suspend an employee and their access stops at once.

Ask in words — the assistant does the work

      Asks about listings

Which sit without viewings, which contracts are expiring, which listings are incomplete and don’t go to the portals.

      Takes enquiries

Which enquiries are waiting for you — it accepts or declines them with a note, without you opening the system.

      Publishes to a portal

“Publish property 1043 to imot.bg” — with your rights and only for properties you can access. It asks before VIP, since VIP is paid.

      Sets goals and tasks

A viewings goal for the team for the quarter, or a recurring task for an office — with one request.

      Drafts a newsletter

A campaign on a topic with chosen properties and a test email to you. Sending stays with a person.

      Reads the dashboards

Where leads come from, what a qualified one costs, how the team is doing against its goals.

      Three steps and you ask

      With one click

In the assistant you add your system’s address, sign in with your profile and approve access on a consent screen. A token works too.

The manager decides who gets what

By group: no access, read only, read and write, or full access. Personal data is a separate switch.

      You ask

In whatever language suits you — the assistant answers in the same one. The steps for each assistant are in the system itself.

      Frequently asked about AI assistants

      Which assistants can connect?

Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Codex and Gemini CLI — the steps for each are in the system. Grok and any other assistant on the MCP standard connect with the address and sign-in from the “Other” panel.

Does the assistant see everything in the system?

No. It sees exactly what the employee it was issued to sees — their properties and clients, according to their role. The manager decides by group who has access and whether the assistant may write.

      What can the assistant change?

44 of the 121 tools write: they accept and decline enquiries, change a property’s status and price, assign tasks, set goals, log notes and viewings, publish a property to a portal, prepare posts and newsletter drafts. Writing can be switched off entirely.

      What about clients’ personal data?

The tools that use names, phones and emails — 25 of them — are locked by default. The agency turns them on deliberately, because then that data reaches the assistant’s provider. Every call stays in the log.

      What does it cost?

It’s included in Pro and Enterprise. On Core it’s a €30 per month add-on for the whole agency, and it isn’t available on Starter. The subscription for the assistant itself is with its provider.

Can the assistant publish a property to a portal?

Yes — at your request, with your rights and for the properties you can access. A VIP listing on imot.bg is paid, so the assistant asks before ordering it.

Ask your assistant about your own listings

In the demo we connect the assistant you use and ask the questions from this page.
