Your Google reviews — answered from the system

Connect the agency’s profile once. New reviews arrive with a notification, you reply from here and the reply appears on Google. Beside them — how many people called, asked for directions or opened your site from the profile.

What happened
    • No review left unanswered

A notification for every new one, and those with 3 stars or fewer are counted separately — so you see them first.

    • Reply without logging in to Google

Write the reply in the system — up to 4,000 characters — and it appears under the review on Google.

    • Reviews on your site too

The “Google and Facebook reviews” section on your site shows the reviews already synced — with no paid Google services.

Your Google profile from the system

    All reviews in one place

The rating, the count and which ones await a reply — with an “Unanswered” filter.

    New-review notification

On the bell and the phone, to the people who run marketing. Low ratings are counted separately.

    Calls and directions

How many people called, asked for directions to the office, opened your site or saw the profile — over the last 30 days.

    New properties as posts

Through social channels, new properties go out as an “Update” on your profile — with a photo and a button to the listing.

Once — and the profile is in the system

    Your own Google Cloud project

The project is the agency’s. You enable the Business Profile APIs — the button in the system opens the exact page.

    An API access request

The “Basic API Access” form is sent once; Google’s review takes 7–10 working days. The profile must have been verified for at least 60 days.

    OAuth client — “In production”

The client comes from your project. Publish the consent screen — in “Testing” mode Google cuts access after 7 days.

    Connect the profile

Sign in as owner or manager and pick the location. While Google approves, the system checks by itself every 3 hours and lets you know.

Frequently asked about Google Business Profile

How soon does a new review arrive?

The system syncs the profile every 3 hours. New reviews arrive with a notification, and those with 3 stars or fewer are counted separately.

Does our reply appear on Google?

Yes. You write it in the system — up to 4,000 characters — and it’s published under the review on Google.

Why do we need our own Google Cloud project?

Google grants Business Profile API access to a project. The project, the keys and the approval are the agency’s, with no middleman. The steps are in the system itself, with the addresses ready to copy.

    How long does connecting take?

Setup takes minutes; Google’s access approval takes 7–10 working days. Until then the system keeps checking and lets you know as soon as the profile connects.

Can our Google reviews show on our website?

Yes. The “Google and Facebook reviews” section uses the reviews already synced — with no paid Google services. With no reviews the section doesn’t show.

Why did access stop after a week?

Because the project’s consent screen is in “Testing” mode — then Google cuts access after 7 days. Publish the app and connect again; the system tells you exactly that when it happens.
