The newsletter with your new listings — without minding the lists
The email is built from blocks — with real properties, projects and agents from the system. It goes only to subscribers with consent, through the agency’s own Mailjet account, and bounces, complaints and unsubscribes stop by themselves.

Mailjetthe agency’s account
- Consent only
Only subscribers with consent at the moment of sending get the email — a saved list can’t get around that.
- Dead addresses stop
Hard bounce, blocked or “spam” — the address gets no more campaigns. A complaint also removes consent.
- A stop before trouble
After 100 emails: over 2% bounces or over 0.1% complaints — the campaign pauses itself.
An email with your listings in minutes
Blocks with real data
Properties, projects and agents go in as cards — photo, price, area, link. Price and photo stay current until the moment of sending.
AI helps you write
From a short description it writes the whole email, a single block or the subject line. You decide which properties go in.
Or your own HTML
Switch to HTML mode for your own design — with a live preview and properties inserted as code.
The agent in the email
An agent card with photo, title, phone and email. And for the agent’s own mailbox — a branded signature for Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail.
Who gets it
All subscribers, by source, chosen people or a saved list. And a test email to yourself before you send.
GDPR unsubscribe
A visible link and one-click unsubscribe from the mail app’s button. If the design has no link, the system adds the company, address and unsubscribe at the bottom.
The account is yours — Mailjet is just the road
A Mailjet account
The agency has its own account — the contract and the reputation are its own. Mailjet’s free plan is for trying out: 200 emails a day.
Keys and sender
Keys go into Integrations › Mailjet. The sender is a subdomain for news, and replies go to the real inbox.
Events by themselves
The system registers its events address in Mailjet — bounces and complaints arrive by themselves.

Frequently asked about email campaigns
Do we need a Mailjet account?
Yes — the agency’s own. Campaigns never go through the server’s mail, so they don’t affect the emails that carry enquiries and notifications. Mailjet’s free plan is enough to try it; real campaigns need a paid one.
Who receives the email?
Only newsletter subscribers with consent — from site forms, pop-ups and enquiries. Pick all, by source, chosen people or a saved list; one address gets one email.
What happens to bounced emails?
Hard bounce, blocked or marked as spam — the address stops getting campaigns, and a complaint also removes consent. If after 100 emails bounces are above 2% or complaints above 0.1%, the campaign pauses itself.
Can AI write the newsletter?
Yes. From a short description it writes the whole email, a block or the subject line — and it sees the real data of the chosen properties. You decide which properties go in. An AI assistant over MCP only makes a draft — sending stays with a person.
Can we see who opened the email?
No — open and click tracking in Mailjet is switched off. Clicks to your site show up in “Traffic sources” by the tags on the links.
