Your listing on imot.bg — without typing it twice
Enter the property once in OptiEstate. With imot.bg’s 500-property plan the listing goes out through the API and updates and comes down by itself. Without the plan, the OptiEstate browser extension fills in the imot.bg form for you.

Change a photo, the price or the description, and the portal listing updates itself.
- The owner stays with you
The owner and the exact address never go to the portal — it gets the area and the agent’s contact.
A small agency? The extension uploads for you
The imot.bg API is only for agencies with at least 500 properties. The OptiEstate browser extension fills in imot.bg’s web form with the data from the system — in the agency’s profile, with no plan.

- No 500-property plan
You upload from the agency’s imot.bg profile. The extension is free from the Chrome Web Store and comes with every plan from Core up.
- You decide
The extension fills in and attaches, and you press “Save”. It never buys paid imot.bg services.
- No passwords, no address
It uses the sign-in you already have in the browser. imot.bg gets the city and area — never the exact address.
