A title up to 70 characters, a description of at least 80, no phones or emails in the text and no all-caps — checked before sending.
- Nothing paid by itself
The system doesn’t buy OLX packages or VIP, and by default it doesn’t extend listings — that spends your package.

The right area or none
The city is looked up within the property’s region. If two areas could match, the system doesn’t guess — OLX gets the city.
The long title
OLX takes up to 70 characters. Shortening is on by default; switch it off and the system tells you which title to shorten.
The error names the field
If OLX refuses, you see which field it wants — say “Yard area” — not an API code.
Removal on a deal
A sold, rented, archived or hidden property is deactivated and deleted from OLX together with the other portals.
Private data stays with you
The owner and the exact address never go to OLX. Buyers see the area and the agent’s contact.

In OLX you create a client and enter the client_id and client_secret in the portal settings.
Sign in to OLX — once

What OLX account do I need?
A business account with a property package and a client in OLX Partner API. The package is agreed directly with OLX — prices and terms are theirs and may change.
Why does OLX need a sign-in rather than a password in the system?
That is how OAuth works: you sign in to OLX itself and allow OptiEstate to publish. The system keeps an access key, not your password. The key renews itself; if it can’t, the system warns you before the connection expires.
What happens to a long title?
OLX takes up to 70 characters. By default the system trims the title to 70 with an ellipsis. Switch the shortening off and publishing is refused with a message saying which title to shorten.
Will the system delete the phone number from my description?
Only from the text that goes to OLX — OLX doesn’t allow phone numbers, emails or web addresses in a listing. The description in OptiEstate stays untouched.
Do OLX messages come into the CRM?
No. The system publishes, updates and removes the listing, and buyers’ messages stay on OLX.
Does the listing come down when I sell or rent out?
Yes. A sold, rented, archived or hidden property comes down from OLX: the listing is first deactivated, then deleted — as OLX requires.
