Exchange listings — and buyer searches
Your listings go to the other agencies like to one more portal, and your buyers’ searches only if you share them. In come the network’s listings and, from Core up, the portals and private sellers too, with one property as one row.

- The market benchmark uses asking prices of live listings — a benchmark, not a valuation.
A listing from the market in your database
You find it
In the OptiShare tab or as a match for one of your buyers.
You import it
The listing becomes a draft with its photos, and the seller a contact with OptiShare as the source. The same phone never makes a duplicate.
A task for today
The system adds a task to call the seller and complete the details. A colleague who opens the same listing sees “Already imported”.
Nothing is forgotten
An imported listing with no viewing, call or meeting for 7 days — the manager is notified in the morning.
The browser extension shows next to the listing who else offers the property and the market benchmark — from OptiShare.
Frequently asked about OptiShare
What is OptiShare?
A network where agencies exchange listings and client searches: another agency’s buyer reaches your property, and yours reaches theirs. You also see the market outside the network — the portals and private sellers. Altogether that is over 200,000 listings from agencies, portals and private sellers, with one property as one row.
Do other agencies see my clients?
No. A search goes to the network only if its agent shares it — one at a time, with a switch — and only the criteria and the agent as contact go out. The client’s name, phone and email stay with you.
How does it know two listings are one property?
Only portal listings are merged. The details narrow the candidates — city, type, size, floor and price — and AI decides from the photos. The base is the private seller’s listing, otherwise the cheapest, and the row shows the lowest price. Network agencies stay rows of their own.
Can I import a listing into my base?
Yes, on Pro. The listing comes in as a draft with its photos, the seller as a contact with no duplicate by phone, and a task to call them is created. A listing can be imported only once per agency.
What does each plan give?
Listing and search exchange between agencies is on every plan, Starter included. From Core you also see portal listings with a filter by private sellers and agencies, and Pro adds import, price history, matches both ways and the market benchmark.
