Your viewings — in your phone’s calendar
Each agent copies their subscription link once. From then on viewings, meetings and tasks with a deadline show up in Google, Apple or Outlook calendar by themselves — up to a year ahead.
Try the path of one viewing
A demo with made-up people: the agent’s calendar in OptiEstate and the calendar on his phone, subscribed with his private link.
- A private link
Each agent has their own link with a long secret key. Regenerate it and the old one stops working.
- A year ahead
The subscription carries viewings, meetings and tasks with a deadline — 3 months back and 12 ahead.
- One-way
Changes in OptiEstate reach the calendar. Two-way with Google and Outlook — coming soon.
The agent’s day — where they already look
Viewings
With the client’s name and the property — “Viewing with Ana K. — Three-bedroom, Lozenets”.
Meetings
Client meetings, project ones too — with the project’s name when there’s no property.
Tasks with a deadline
With the priority in the title; a finished one has a ✓ in front.
And team tasks
Tasks given to your group, your office or everyone show up in your calendar too.
Three steps and the viewings are on your phone
Generate the link
In the agent dashboard — “Calendar sync” → “Generate link” and “Copy”.
Add it to your calendar
iPhone: Settings → Calendar → Accounts → Add Account → Other → Add Subscribed Calendar. Google: calendar.google.com, add from URL. Mac: File → New Calendar Subscription.
It refreshes by itself
Apple checks about every 15 minutes, Google every 12 to 24 hours. Nothing to press.
A Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar link where a change in the calendar comes back to the system is in the works. Until then, viewings are moved in OptiEstate.

Frequently asked about the calendar
Can I move viewings from my phone?
No — the subscription is one-way. The phone’s calendar shows the viewings; changes are made in OptiEstate and reach the phone at the next refresh. Two-way sync with Google and Outlook is coming soon.
Why doesn’t a new viewing show up in Google right away?
Google refreshes subscribed calendars every 12 to 24 hours — that’s how Google works. Apple Calendar checks about every 15 minutes.
Can anyone else see my calendar?
The link is private and carries a long secret key. If you shared it by mistake, “Regenerate” replaces it and the old one stops working. “Deactivate” stops it altogether.
What exactly goes in?
The agent’s viewings, meetings and tasks with a deadline — plus tasks given to their group, their office or everyone. The range is 3 months back and 12 ahead.
Does it work with Outlook?
Yes — the link is standard iCal and Outlook adds it as a subscribed calendar. A two-way Outlook link, where a change comes back to the system, is coming soon.
