Goals that count themselves
A manager sets a goal once and it repeats every month. An agent sees how far along they are on their dashboard, and every number opens up to the records behind it.
Try one month with a goal
A demo with a made-up team: the manager sets a viewings goal, and the system counts, watches the pace and locks the month.
- Nothing entered separately
The goal is counted from the calls, viewings, enquiries and deals the system already keeps.
- The pace, not just the end
The mark on the bar is where you should be today. An agent learns they are behind after half the period.
- The month gets locked
Three days for late entries, then the numbers are frozen.
This is how an agent sees their goals
The “Goals” card on the agent’s dashboard — current and past periods. Open a tile or “Manage”.
- September 2026locked5 of 6 goals met
- August 2026locked4 of 6 goals met
- July 2026locked6 of 6 goals met
After the period ends there are 3 days for late entries, then it locks — a record deleted later doesn’t rewrite history.
A goal for everything you do
Calls and minutes
All of them, those over N seconds or only with different contacts — and the minutes on the phone.
Enquiries and response
Received, reaching a stage, answered within N minutes and average response time.
Viewings and meetings
By the date they are booked for — and new contacts and searches.
Tasks on time
Completed tasks assigned to the person directly.
Portfolio
New properties, agency agreements, deposits, CMAs and reviews.
Results
Deals by side, commission and turnover — from sales or rentals.
One goal — four choices
At least or at most
“At least 200 calls” or “at most 15 minutes to respond” — with a stretch above the goal, if you like.
For whom
A person, a group, an office or a manager’s team — each person or one shared goal.
For how long
A week, month, quarter, year or a custom period — and it repeats by itself. It can also be per working day.
The new agent
Someone joining mid-month can get a goal for their days — not the full one.
Frequently asked about goals
Who can set goals?
People with the goals permission. A manager sets and changes goals only within their own team, and a goal for the whole team only full access can set.
Do agents see their colleagues’ results?
Only if the goal has a leaderboard. Then each member sees the others’ numbers, but not the records behind them — a colleague’s clients stay theirs.
What does “manual” on a tile mean?
That the records may have been entered by hand by the agent — viewings, for example. “Automatic” ones are recorded by the system itself: enquiries, deals, response time.
What about a viewing entered late?
After the period ends there are three days for late entries. Then the month locks — the numbers freeze and a record deleted later doesn’t rewrite history.
Can the AI assistant set goals?
Yes. Through the AI assistant connection (MCP) it sees the goals and the records behind them, and sets or pauses goals by the same rules as in the panel. The connection is included in Pro and an add-on for Core.
