Every call — one click away and in the file

Click a number in the CRM and the UniTalk exchange connects you to the client. The call lands in the file with its duration, a missed one becomes a task, and an incoming call rings for the agent who handles that person.

      What happened
        • One click

The number in the CRM is a button: the exchange rings your line, then dials the client. On a mobile, dialling is the usual way by default.

        • It rings for their agent

A known number rings for the agent who handles that person. Otherwise — for the line or group that was dialled.

        • Recordings — with a permission

They play only with a separate permission and every playback stays in the logs. They’re switched on once the exchange warns the caller.

The phone tied to the file

        One-click calls

From any phone number in the system. If the exchange refuses, the system falls back to ordinary dialling and says why.

        A log with durations

Every call — outgoing or incoming, answered or missed — with its duration, on the contact and in the agent’s log.

        Who’s calling

On an incoming call the agent sees who it is, whose client they are and when they last spoke — while the phone is still ringing.

        Missed → task

A missed call from a known client becomes a “Call back” task — just one, however many times they rang.

        Recordings behind a permission

Recordings play from the system only with a separate permission. Every playback is written to the logs.

        Permissions by role

Who calls, who sees the whole team’s calls, who listens to recordings and who assigns lines — separate permissions.

Three steps and you call from the CRM

        A UniTalk account and lines

One SIP line per agent who will call, and a device on each — a phone or an app. The account is signed with UniTalk.

        Switched on by Techtonify

We enter the API key. In the UniTalk dashboard you add the event handler — with the address from the telephony page.

        Lines to agents

On the “Telephony” page each line is attached to its agent. “Check connection” tests the exchange without placing a call.

        Frequently asked about telephony

Does the call go through OptiEstate?

No. UniTalk rings your line first and, once you pick up, dials the client. The audio is between your device and the exchange — the system records who called whom, when and for how long.

        What do I need?

A UniTalk account with one SIP line per agent who will call, and a device on each line — a phone or an app. Techtonify switches the telephony on.

Who does an incoming call ring for?

If the number belongs to a known client, the card pops up for the agent who handles them. If not — for the agent whose line was dialled, or for the ringing group. If nothing matches, there’s no card — better none than one for the wrong person.

What happens to a missed call?

It goes into the log. If it’s from a known client, their agent gets a “Call back” task — just one, even if the person rang several times. The contact file shows the unreturned call.

        Who can listen to recordings?

Only people with the recordings permission, and every playback is logged. Recordings are switched on once the exchange tells callers the call is being recorded.

        And from a mobile phone?

By default it’s ordinary dialling — that’s fastest. The agency can route it through the exchange instead: then the client sees the agency’s number and the call goes into the log, but the phone in your hand rings first.

Call from the file. The rest lands in it.
