With “zone”, visitors see a 400 m circle. The property is inside it but never at the centre — and the centre doesn’t jump on reload.

“Listings | Map” on the projects page: a click flies to the buildings, a second opens the project.
Coordinates from the address
In the admin the spot is found from the address, and the agent confirms it or moves it by hand.
Day and night
In 3D the lighting follows the visitor’s time of day; there are 2D/3D and day/night buttons.

A key from the provider
Google Maps: a Google Cloud key for the Maps JavaScript API. Mapbox: a public token from account.mapbox.com → Access tokens.
Restrict it to your domain
In the provider’s dashboard the key should work only for your domain — otherwise anyone can use it on your bill.
Choose it in “Integrations › Maps”
One provider is active at a time. Exact spot or zone for exclusive properties, and the projects map, are chosen in “Settings › General”.

Google Maps or Mapbox — which should I pick?
If you want 3D — exclusive properties with tilt and buildings, and projects on a map — Mapbox. Google stays the classic 2D map. Only one is active at a time.
Does the map cost anything?
The key is the agency’s, and so is the bill: Google and Mapbox have free monthly limits and charge beyond them. The limits are theirs and may change.
How does the zone instead of the address work?
Choose “zone” in the settings. Visitors see a 400 m circle with the property inside but not at the centre. The address and exact coordinates aren’t sent to the browser, and the centre is the same on every load.
Can’t the zone be worked back to the spot?
No. The shift is computed on the server with a secret of the installation — not in the browser. So the spot can’t be extracted from the circle that’s drawn.
Which plan has projects on the 3D map?
The projects map comes with interactive projects — on Pro and Enterprise — and works with Mapbox only. The 3D map of exclusive properties is on your site in every plan.
