imot.bg and Facebook — from the OptiEstate panel
The browser extension publishes your listings on imot.bg without retyping, prepares a Facebook post with AI, and while you browse imot.bg, it shows what your agency knows about any listing. You press “Save” and “Post”.
What the extension does
Publishing is for agencies without the imot.bg 500-listing package. The Facebook post and the “This listing” card help every agency — including those with the import.
Publishing on imot.bg
The automatic imot.bg connection (the import) requires a paid package for 500 active listings. With the extension you publish from your agency profile without that package: “Publish” in the panel, a quick review and “Save”.
A Facebook post
You tick what to include, AI writes the text from those facts only, and the extension fills it in with the photos on the new-post form. You publish it.
What you know about a listing
While you browse imot.bg, the panel shows who else offers the property and whether the seller is in your CRM, and in Pro also how the price has moved and which client searches it matches.
See how it works
Pick what to try: publishing a listing, the “This listing” card, a Facebook post or connecting.
Check that the code matches the one in the extension. Your password never passes through it.

Your imot.bg work from one panel
The extension sits in the browser’s side panel, next to the imot.bg page.
Finds the property
Searches your agency’s properties by ID, name or keyword. You only see the properties you can access in the system.
Fills in the form
Type, city and district, price, area, floor, construction, features, description, and the agent’s name, phone and email.
Photos and the agent
Attaches the property’s photos and assigns the listing to the right agent on the agency profile.
Updates and removes
Shows which listings need an update and which must be removed — sold, archived or hidden properties.
A check before “Publish”
Reviews the property before publishing: photos, description and price.
Views in the system
Brings the views and followers of your listings from “My listings” on imot.bg into OptiEstate.
More than publishing
While you browse imot.bg, the panel shows what your agency knows — and writes the Facebook post for you.
This listing
On another agency’s imot.bg listing: when it appeared, who else offers the same property and whether the seller is in your CRM.
Price and market · Pro
How the listing’s price has moved, its price per m² against the district, and which of your client searches it matches.
Import as a draft · Pro
The listing goes into your database as a draft, and “Watch the price” notifies you when it gets cheaper or is removed.
A Facebook post with AI
You tick what to include, AI writes the text from those facts only, and you review it. The extension fills in the text and photos, and you press “Post”.
What the extension does not do
It works in your browser, with your login. The decisions stay with you and your agency.
It never presses “Save”
It never saves or posts for you and never buys paid imot.bg services.
No exact address
imot.bg only receives the city and district — no address and no coordinates.
Hands off your passwords
It never reads or stores your imot.bg or Facebook passwords. It works with the logins you already have in your browser.
Only where it should
Only on imot.bg and on the Facebook new-post page it opens itself. On Facebook it only writes — it never reads your profile, groups or messages.
Your agency decides who
Who may use the extension, who may publish and who may write with AI is set in “Groups and permissions”. All connections are listed, and can be revoked, under “Integrations”.
Data goes nowhere else
No data goes to advertising networks or analytics services. It talks only to your agency’s system, to imot.bg and to the Facebook post form.

Frequently asked questions
What do I need to use it?
An OptiEstate system updated to the latest version and an agency profile on imot.bg. The extension itself is free on the Chrome Web Store.
We already publish to imot.bg automatically. Do we need the extension?
Not for publishing. The automatic imot.bg connection (the import) requires a paid imot.bg package for 500 active listings, and with it the system publishes and updates your listings by itself. The extension publishes listings for agencies without that package. The Facebook post and the “This listing” card are still useful with the import.
Which plans include it?
From the Core plan up. Core includes publishing, updating and removing listings, the Facebook post with AI and the “This listing” card — who else offers the property and whether the seller is in your CRM. In Pro the card also shows how the price has moved, the market benchmark and matches with your client searches, and from there you import the listing as a draft and watch its price.
Does the extension press “Save” for me?
No. It fills in the form, and you review it and press “Save”. The same goes for Facebook — you choose the audience and the groups and press “Post”.
What if imot.bg changes its form?
The extension learns how to fill in the form from your system. So a change in the imot.bg form is fixed with a system update, without waiting for a new version of the extension.
Does AI write the Facebook post on its own?
AI writes the text only from the facts you tick — price, area, location, description, link to the website. You review and edit it, and the extension fills it in with the photos on the new-post form. You publish it.
Does Tektonifay see my data?
The extension talks only to your agency’s system, to imot.bg and to the Facebook post form. It sends no data to advertising networks or analytics services. The details are in the extension’s privacy policy.
Who on the team can use it?
Whoever your agency has given the permission in “Groups and permissions”. Publishing and writing with AI are separate permissions. All connections are listed, and can be revoked, under “Integrations → Browser extension”.
