The contract is ready — and signed by link

The template is yours, the data comes from the system, and the signature from the client’s phone. No printer, no scanner and no waiting for the person to come to the office.

Try the path of one contract

A demo with a made-up client and property: the template is filled in from the system, the agency signs first, then the client.

      What happened
        • AI fills fields, not text

AI sees the names of the empty fields and the data — not the contract. A field with no source stays empty.

        • The agency first

Someone with the right to sign for the agency signs. They can also send the document back with a note.

        • An audit page

With the signed copy: the fingerprint of what was sent, who, when, from which IP address and device, with what consent.

The contract is written in the system

An A4 sheet and your templates

The template has fields where things are filled in and places for the agency’s and the client’s signatures.

        Import from Word

You upload an existing contract from Word — or a whole folder, and the subfolders become labels.

        In any two languages

A bilingual template states its two languages. “Translate fields” transliterates names and translates addresses; numbers stay the same.

        AI writing help

A ready clause — penalty, termination, confidentiality, GDPR, force majeure — spelling, a more formal tone and a check for inconsistencies. Each change stays marked until “Accept”.

        PDF, print and Word

The finished document is printed, saved as a PDF or downloaded as a Word file.

        Deal documents

A contract attached to a deal or a deposit stays locked as the deal’s history.

How it goes step by step

        To the agency

The agent sends the finalised contract — or an uploaded PDF — to a colleague with the right to sign for the agency.

        Sign or send back

The signer adds the signature from their profile — or sends the document back with a note to fix it.

        A link to the client

The link is valid for 14 days. An expired link is renewed without losing the agency’s signature, as long as the text hasn’t changed.

        Signing on the phone

The client reviews, confirms with a code from the email or by SMS, ticks the consent and signs with a finger. The copy is saved with the property.

        Frequently asked about contracts

Is a signature by link valid?

It is a simple electronic signature with the parties’ explicit consent under Art. 13(4) of Bulgaria’s Electronic Document and Trust Services Act. The client ticks a consent with the text of the law, and the name, IP address and device go into the audit page with the signed copy. A qualified signature through Evrotrust is on the way.

Does the client need an account?

No. They open the link on their phone or computer, review the contract and sign. If they have an email address, they first enter a code sent there. If not, and the agency has connected SMSAPI, the code comes by SMS. Either way it is valid for 10 minutes.

What does “Fill in with AI” fill in?

The empty fields — the parties, the property, the price — from the data in the system. AI doesn’t see the contract text and doesn’t invent ID numbers, amounts or dates: a field with no source stays empty and the system says why. It is available from the Core plan up.

Can I use my own contracts?

Yes. You upload them from Word — one by one or a whole folder — and turn them into templates with fields. From the Core plan up, AI turns the blank “……” spots into fields.

What if the client declines or the link expires?

A declined document goes back to draft with “Fix the document”. An expired link is renewed, and the agency’s signature stays as long as the text hasn’t changed. Until the client signs, the request can be withdrawn.

Can the contract be in Bulgarian and German?

Yes. A bilingual template can be in any two languages you choose — two columns on one sheet. “Translate fields” transliterates names and translates addresses, while numbers and dates stay identical.
