Your listings on imot.bg without the import and without retyping

In short

The automatic imot.bg import requires a paid imot.bg package for 500 active listings. For agencies without it, OptiEstate has a browser extension: the agent finds the property in the side panel, presses “Publish” and the imot.bg form is filled in with the data from the system — the photos, the agent, the description. The person presses “Save”. The same extension prepares a Facebook post with AI-written text and shows what the agency knows about any listing the agent browses on imot.bg.

The retyping nobody counts

An agency without an automatic imot.bg connection publishes every listing by hand. Type, city and district, price, area, floor, construction, dozens of feature checkboxes, description, the agent’s name and phone, the photos one by one. Then the same again when the price drops. Then the listing has to come down when the property sells.

This work is rarely counted because it comes in ten-minute pieces. But it is also why portal listings lag behind the system: the price on imot.bg is the old one, and the sold property is still up and still getting calls.

The import and the 500-listing package

imot.bg has an automatic connection — the import. With it, the agency’s system publishes and updates listings by itself. The condition is that the agency pays imot.bg for a package of 500 active listings.

For a large agency that makes sense. For an agency with a few dozen listings it often means paying for capacity it doesn’t use just to avoid retyping. That is why most small and mid-sized agencies stay with manual publishing.

OptiEstate works both ways. With the package, listings go to imot.bg through the import, like they go to the other portals. Without it, there is a browser extension.

The extension: data from the system, “Save” from you

The extension sits in Chrome’s side panel, next to the imot.bg page. The agent is signed in to the agency profile on imot.bg as usual.

How one upload goes
  • Find the property in the panel — by ID, name or keyword. You only see the properties you can access in the system.
  • Press “Publish”. The imot.bg form is filled in with the data from OptiEstate.
  • Review and press “Save”. The extension never saves for you.
  • Photos and the agent are added after saving — the listing is assigned to the right person on the agency profile.

In the “To do” tab the panel shows which listings need an update because the property changed in the system, and which must come down — sold, archived or hidden properties. It also brings the views and followers of your listings from “My listings” into the system.

If imot.bg changes its form, a system update fixes it. You don’t wait for a new version of the extension.

The same property — on Facebook too

The second thing the extension does is the Facebook post. The agent ticks what to include — price, area, rooms, location, description, link to the website, contact. AI writes the text from those facts only, and the agent reviews and edits it.

Then the extension opens the new-post form and fills in the text and photos. The person chooses the audience and the groups and presses “Post”. On Facebook the extension only writes — it never reads the profile, groups or messages.

What your agency knows about someone else’s listing

The third is the “This listing” card. While the agent looks at a listing on imot.bg, the panel shows when it appeared, who else offers the same property and whether the seller is already in the agency’s CRM. It helps before a call: you see at once whether this is an old contact of yours or a property a colleague already handles.

In the Pro plan the card also shows how the price has moved, the price per m² against the district, and which client searches the property matches. From there the listing goes into your database as a draft, and “Watch the price” notifies you when it gets cheaper or is removed.

The post and the card help agencies with the import too — they don’t depend on the package.

What the extension does not do

  • It never presses “Save” or “Post” and never buys paid imot.bg services.
  • It never sends the exact address. imot.bg only receives the city and district.
  • It never reads your passwords for imot.bg or Facebook. It works with the logins you already have in your browser.
  • It runs only on imot.bg and on the Facebook new-post page it opens itself.

Connecting needs no password: the extension shows a code, and the agent approves it in the OptiEstate panel with their own account. The agency decides who may use the extension, who may publish and who may write with AI under “Groups and permissions”. The details are in the extension’s privacy policy.

The extension is for Google Chrome, and versions for Microsoft Edge and Safari are coming. The extension page has a demo where you can try publishing, the card and the post.

Frequently asked questions

Can an agency publish to imot.bg automatically without the 500-listing package?

The automatic imot.bg connection (the import) requires a paid package for 500 active listings. Without it, OptiEstate has a browser extension: it fills in the imot.bg form with the data from the system, and you press “Save” — no retyping field by field.

Does the extension press “Save” for the agent?

No. It fills in the form, and the agent reviews it and presses “Save”. The same on Facebook — the person chooses the audience and the groups and presses “Post”.

How much does the extension cost?

The extension itself is free on the Chrome Web Store. It works with an OptiEstate system from the Core plan up, and the price and market data, client-search matches and “Import as a draft” in the “This listing” card are in the Pro plan.

Does it work with Edge and Safari?

For now it is for Google Chrome. Versions for Microsoft Edge and Safari are coming.
